Founded in 2009, MPLS.TV is an independent Minneapolis based content network produced by Do-It-Together collective of videographers, writers, and other creators.
The Alcohol By Volume series exists to bring together Minneapolis’ music scene with it’s thriving craft cocktail culture. Last week we announced DJ Wes Winship as the musical guest for our first event February 9th at The Red Stag Supper Club. Today we unveil the first of two bartenders who will be squaring off against each other on Thursday night: Rob Jones of Mertiage.

It’s called MPLS.TV. We produced five half hour episodes (Breakfast, Zombies, Lakes, Transportation, and Uptown) in 2009 as well as a holiday special and Valentine’s episode in 2010.
We did this without Lorne Michaels’ blessing, Fred Armisen, and their nearly $1,000,000 budget.

Well, okay, sometimes it’s just to see if they have any beer. On the outside, fridges are peppered with mementos, photos and passive aggressive notes reminding you to pay the Internet bill. In a way, your refrigerator says a lot about you.
We asked you all to submit photos of your refrigerators, either the outside or the inside so we could snoop through a bit of your life and, as it turns out (by the looks of some of these), most likely stop by and ask for one of your many beers.
